FENIX TNT is an SME based in the Czech Republic that specializes in engineering and consultancy services. The company focuses on facilitating innovation strategies for emerging products and technologies, offering its clients a wide range of support.

FENIX TNT is mainly focused on marketing and communication and offers expertise in areas such as exploitation, intellectual property rights (IPR) management, business modelling, and the development of business plans.

The company is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development by active involvement in research and innovation projects, aiming to enhance collaboration and maximize the societal impact of its work.

In the APOLLO project:

• Develops a detailed dissemination and communication strategy to communicate project results to the public and stakeholders across the world, including promotional materials, implementing and monitoring dissemination activities.

• Guides partners on IPR topics defines an innovation strategy, helps with developing business models, and assesses markets and barriers for APOLLO technologies and products in collaboration with other project partners.

• Creates a Circular Business Model (CBM), which will evaluate the recovery of glass, Si and other metals for a circular economy.
