APOLLO at DigiPro
APOLLO is proud to highlight the contribution of our project partner, Minespider, which presented at the DigiPro conference in Norway last year, shedding light on the potential of blockchain-backed DPPs in revolutionizing supply chains.
The presentation titled Leveraging Digital Product Passports (DPP) was delivered by Volker Krümpel of Minespider, an industry leader in digital traceability solutions. As part of the APOLLO project, Minespider is driving innovation in battery and photovoltaic recycling by developing DPP-backed marketplaces that facilitate reuse, repair, and recycling. Their platform enables businesses to document, track, and share product lifecycle information in a secure and verifiable way, supporting sustainability efforts across the tech, automotive, photovoltaics, and mining industries.
Hosted by DigiPro Centre, a Norwegian hub for digital innovation in the process industry, the conference provided a platform for experts to discuss smart digital solutions for sustainable industrial transformation. As a collaborative initiative, DigiPro Centre brings together industry leaders, technology providers, research institutions, and universities to advance digitalization in Norwegian processing industries.
The full recording of Volker’s presentation is now available on our YouTube channel. Don't forget to check out the rest of the conference presentations on the DigiPro website.
